An evening yoga class as an opportunity of exploring more your own body-mind with an enjoyable and also challenging yoga flow.

Yoga with Sierra

Yoga at I Art Seoul is a weekly program that pairs yoga and art appreciation. Alongside the artworks of local artists, the participants will practice an hour, all levels class of Vinyasa yoga, a style that prioritizes flowing movement and breath, taught by credentialed instructor, Sierra Ergündoğdu.

Yoga with Matt

This yoga class involves a sequenced but slow transition from one pose to the next, with time spent in each pose to explore and align. There will be demonstration and suggestions from Matthew, with breath work and quite a lot of verbal alignment cues.
